Delivery
Delivery is subject to availability and receipt of payment. Orders will be processed within 5 days of receipt. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Return, cancellation and replacement Policy
We take customer service very seriously, so if you are not satisfied with a product, we want to hear from you. Contact Us on [email protected]

Returning your item
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order that you wish to have it returned. Upon agreement, you must then return it to us within another 14 days as Buck&Good requires inspection of the original product before sending out a replacement and/or refund.

If a damaged item is received, kindly take a photo and send to us at [email protected] Please ensure the items are repacked safely and securely in the original packaging for the return to our warehouse for further inspection.

Refunds
If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, and after inspection to ensure the item meets the above conditions, the refund will be provided via store credit or your initial payment method.
Please note:
Delivery costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during delivery.
