One glance tells you whether a role is worth your time. Click the score for the full breakdown, right there on the page.

On every job, you see:

• Your match percentage — how well the role fits you, at a glance
• Why you'd fit — the strengths it picks out from your profile
• Where you'd stretch — the gaps, so you go in with eyes open
• AI-safety rating — how exposed that kind of work is to automation
• Dream-job alignment — whether the move actually gets you closer to where you want to be
• Ghost-job likelihood — is this listing even real, or posted-and-forgotten?

How it works

1. Create a free Matchie account.Build your profile — roles, skills, goals, CV. That's what Lens scores against. 7-day free trial, no card.
2. Add the Chrome extension.One click from the Chrome Web Store. Sign in with your Matchie account inside the extension.
3. Browse jobs like normal.Scores appear on every listing automatically — Indeed, LinkedIn, Google Jobs. No copy-paste, no second tab.
4. Like one? Save it.Hit save in the extension and the job lands on your Matchie Jobs page under the Matchie Lens tab — ready to prep and apply.

Why it matters
